• Location
• Height
• Condition

What about rain?

Rain water is distilled water, it leaves no spots if the window is clean and the house around the window is clean. Thompson’s Window Cleaning has a 7-day rain guarantee. If your windows are spotted by rain within 7 days of our cleaning, call us and we will come clean the spotted windows free of charge.

Because of the tightness of our schedule and the 7-day rain guarantee, we encourage homeowners to keep their scheduled appointment when rain is in the forecast. Often the rain is light, the weather changes or does not materialize at all. It is easier to fit time to fix a few windows than find a time to reschedule the whole job. If the job does need to be rescheduled it will be rescheduled to the next available open time slot.

What if an appointment needs to be rescheduled?

Many of Thompson’s Window Cleaning appointments are scheduled 6 months or a year in advance. If an appointment has to be rescheduled, we endeavor to fit the customer in at the earliest convenience but that still may be many weeks later in the schedule.

What do I need to do to be ready?

Thompson’s Window Cleaning endeavors to make window cleaning as easy on you as possible. Doing the following will make our job easier too:

• Raise all shades and blinds for inside work.
• Move knick-knacks.

We endeavor to do all we can to protect your property, but ask that anything fragile be moved to a safe location prior to cleaning.

Does home owner need to be home?

The home owner does not need to be home. I am glad to clean with the homeowner present or not.

Do you require a deposit?

No, we do not take deposits.

What type of payment do you take?

We take cash, check, or credit card. Payment can also be made online through Paypal. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangement has been made.

Do I need to provide a water source?

Water does not need to be provided for window cleaning.

Do you clean windows in the winter?

I clean windows all year round. I use antifreeze to prevent the water from freezing in the winter.
